Clients must provide timely feedback and required materials. Delays on the client’s end may extend project timelines and could result in additional costs.
We require an initial 50% advance payment before starting a project. The remaining 50% must be cleared upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, images, and relevant materials. Assistance with content creation is available at an additional cost.
Smart Ceylon reserves the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
